Very good Sprinkler service company, John was very good in his quality of work and the cost is very reasonable.
JVJ Lawn Care is a company of integrity. James Meyer (the owner) is a man of his word. He has been doing my lawn now for a couple years. He had a worker who did some damage to my lawn and then ended up quitting. Instead of hiding James stepped up, assigned a new crew to my house, and now my lawn has never looked better. Almost looks as green as a golf course. Everybody makes mistakes. But very few in home improvement/landscaping companies make it right. I highly recommend them, they do really good landscaping & sprinkler work.
Up to now I have not written a pour review on any business but I will now as it is necessary. They write contracts but they do not even up hold the commitments they make in the contract. Not to mention the lack of concern the owner pays to complaints.
The crew backed into a tree breaking a branch on one of my tree, drove into a section of split rail fence, drove over a section on drip system and cutup the tubing but did not use a baggier to pickup the fall leaves. The owner James had the nerve to call today after not returning my calls from earlier complaints to say why did I not complain earlier. I did in July but he not return my call. Do not use these people.
