If zero stars were available that's what I would choose! They never answer the phone at the Center Line location. The Warren office has no follow through. Calling them is a waste of valuable time especially when you're trying to deal with a distraught child.

If only I could rate it with no stars. I'm currently going through a crisis in my life and I am in need of medication. They gave me a medicine that did not work for me; actually, it made me ill. I made another appointment and asked to switch medications. Upon this request I was discharged from the center. These doctors do not care about your problems. When I tried to figure out why this happened, the supervisor told me that it was because I was demanding specific medication. I informed her that I merely asked for a medication that I've already been prescribed and I know helps me. Her attitude was equally as bad as the doctor. No respect for the patients at all. They seem to like showing people who's in charge. The counselor I met with was very nice and helpful. It's unfortunate that I can't receive the same courtesy from the doctor and supervisor. Bottom line, look for a better place.

Obvious inexperience with private and non-Medicaid health insurance. Smokers hanging around the entrance. Teens unsupervised all over the waiting room and parking lot. If you call this center for an appointment make sure they understand which location your appointment is for. I made the appointment for a different location but was told all intakes go through Centerline They said it was a demographic issue with funding?). Then I learned once there they will not refer you to another one of their clinics. So there's another intake screening exam that your health insurance won't authorize. Upon my 2nd trip there to fix the first billing I pretty much learned that this is an overflow clinic for parolees/probationers and substance abusers from the metro Detroit area. I don't know about the doctors; honestly I was afraid to go that far with this place. P.S. Lock your car and remove any obvious things of value; on parole doesn't mean rehabilitated.
