Byrne Dairy & Deli

I have been a loyal customer for years the other day I was upset by a employee so badly I will never return.

To Whom It May Concern;

We have lived in the Central Sq. area and frequented the Byrne Dairy here for many years{ 32 yrs.}. I am very concerned however with the service/upkeep and cleanliness of this store in the past months. I very seldom frequent this store anymore due to the lack of the above. There is never any re/stock of the ice cream pints, unless you direct it to their attention {as I have on many occasions including this evening}. When we go for coffee in the morning, it is usually a mess w/creamers etc. opened, spilled, or an empty container w/no creamers or coffee even made. I can't tell you how many times I have stopped only to find workers outside smoking {by the front entrance} while one cashier is attending to a line of customers {I've witnessed customers leave due to the wait}. I do not enjoy writing this type of letter, but if no one informs you of this problem, how can I/we expect it to get resolved.
