As president of Stonegate Homes at Suffern, I worked with them for 12 years. They managed our property superbly. They know construction, budgeting and the importance of building a reserve, preventative maintenance, are always ready to help the unit owners and are supremely organized. Frank, our site manager, gave his time unstintingly and generously. The office staff is wonderful and totally competent. Finally, their price was better than fair.
