The Reserve at Regency Park

Lived here for a year and moved out as soon as possible. We had a dog that was listed on the lease and maintenance entered several times without notifying us and called us complaining that the dog wasn't locked up so they couldn't complete the service requests ( I never put in any request, they went to the wrong apartment both times.) The one time that I did put in a service request y exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a horrible noise because the blade was rubbing metal on metal so it didn't work and they came in and sprayed wd-40 and left and the problem was never fixed. The ceiling in 3 apartments in our building leaks and maintenance has no idea how to fix anything. We were also in a non-updated apartment and the rent was about the same as a renovated one. We bought a house and moved out as soon as possible, I don't recommend to anyone unless you want to live in an apartment where nothing gets fixed and good luck if you want to talk to the staff at the rental office. They close randomly without notice several times a week and when they are open you have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to help you even though there is one person helping other people and the other person is just wandering around.
