Highly recommend Chalfont Collision Center - great service and craftsmanship!

I cannot express how pleased we were with the quality of work that Chalfont Collision Center. Any traces of dents, scratches on the driver’s side door panel and front bumper were gone!

And more importantly, the care that Mr. Reis extended from the moment he handled my call to the end was above and beyond.

Chalfont Collision is a fantastic body shop. I sent two vehicles there over the last two months and both came back 100%. The owner John Reis was very responsive from the first phone call - he came out and looked over the vehicles and sent a tow truck out to pick them up. My insurance company did not want to give me new parts (even thought the car was 3 weeks old), John went to bat for me and got the insurance company to agree on new parts. John kept me up to date on everything that was going on so i felt very connected. The car came back 100% - looks and drives exactly as new. The car was also delivered to my house - didn't have to drive to the shop. All and all a great experience. Thanks John and the Chalfont Team!!

I wanted to take the time to write this review because I felt that John and his team have gone above and beyond with their service. It started with speedy tow service, several calls to let me know the progress of my repairs, taking care of my insurance and then coordinating a delivery of my car to my workplace at a time that was convenient for me.



Car repair shops can be daunting and impersonal but this was the first time I really felt confident I was getting the absolute best service and repair from someone who takes pride in their work! They were so attentive and personable from start to finish and I will certainly use their services again as well as spread the word.

A great experience. Free pickup and delivery. The shop handled all contact and negotiation with my insurance company. The car came back in much better than the pre-accident condition. They corrected minor scratches, etc not even related to the accident. They returned the car completely detailed. I highly recommend this shop. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, I won't look anywhere else.

These guys are great. Every part of my repairs was explained in full, they were available to talk and explain the repairs and insurance procedures. They are hooked up with Enterprise rent-a-car, so they were able to pick me up at the shop, and they even drove my car to an inspection station. They are awesome...don't go anywhere else, go to Chalfont Collision Center.

John Reisand his crew are the BEST of the BEST. Courtesy car pick up and honesty at it's best. I live 45 minutes away from Chalfont and the crew came to pick up my car and started the process for me the same day. John and his crew are the BEST in thier class and the work they perform speaks for itself. i was kept up to date on my repairs after the accident and the car was back to me as promised. John dealt with all my insurance needs and took care of the important things for me.
