        I attended a Trunk Show and Class with Tula Pink. Both were hosted very well! I was very excited to be able to meet and learn from one of my favorite Designers. The class was excellent! Raymond Steves was especially helpful in making our experience fun, as he checked in with us when needed, took care of details, and provided a happy environment.

        The support, once you buy a sewing machine from this business, is outstanding. My husband bought me a general sewing one about 8 years ago. Since then, I've purchases a serger and a sewing-embroidery machine of which I recently upgraded. They gave me a trade in similar to the purchase price. They have free classes to train you on the machine you buy and all types of other classes and clubs.

        Wow! These folks can really be trusted and know what they are doing.. I took my vacuum another place to be fixed and they wanted to charge me $160 to fix a $200 vacuum - told me had a bad motor and some broken parts. and then proceeded to try to sell me a very expensive vacuum that they carry. I took it to these folks and all it needed was anohther belt and to have the roller cleaned up a bit which they did on the spot and less than 10 minutes and was just a very nominal fee for the belt. I'm very impressed and wouldn't want to take my vacuum anywhere else.
