I have been going to the Chandler location for the last two years. I am always pleasantly greeted and enjoy getting pampered. I appreciate all the special promotions they run too!

I've tried Dolce's services last week and so far I have to agree with the other reviews here. The place was clean and the staff are all helpful and accommodating. Thanks Dolce for a job well done!

I challenge you to dial their number and get someone on the phone. Seriously, try it right now. What a joke. Admittedly the salon is nice and the gals who did my nails and highlights were great, but the issue with their phone system is beyond unprofessional. I have had 6 services in the past two months and every time I call to book or confirm an appointment, I wait in vm hell. You will, too, if you choose to give them your business. They give you the option to get a call back as opposed to waiting, but no one has ever actually called me. When I asked the girls at the front desk about the phone system, they told me 6 weeks ago that they were aware of the problem and it was being fixed. Or not. Today they told me it would POSSIBLY be fixed by the end of the month. I would love to meet the girl who owns this place just to check her pulse. Talk about being asleep at the wheel. No one to answer the phones and book appointments at a salon- that's a new one. Her competition must be loving this.

Called two days in a row....I was unable to even book an appointment.
