CTI Consultants Inc

I Worked for CTI for little over a month, I was told to go to a project in DC, while on job I was hit be a crane carrying trench box, I had several fractures, this was back in August 2014, my life changed from that day, every day I wake up with back, shoulder and hip pains.

The company fired me after I was sent back to work with restrictions by my doctor in April 2015 because I was not profitable for them like before.

It's legal for CTI to do so but not ethical to do such thing to a hard working employee, while I was there they always appreciated my work but cut corners with my pay check in every way possible, prior joining CTI a lot of former and present employees told me not to work in this company but I thought it's probably not true since they are not with the company, I believe it's a bad company to work for with a lot of employee turnover.
