Oct. 2014 winterized system; located broken valve to mains, didn't fix.

March, 2015, attempted to turn on my home 1/2 acre irrigation system where I had "gold service". Couldn't turn on nor could they fix broken valve and claimed a variety of other issues. Returned 5 times and unsuccessful at fixing and turning on irrigation system.

June 1, 2015, KT Irrigation crew and supervisor worked and fixed valve problem but ambitious crew member dug up yard searching for a problem without asking my permission and without using "Miss Utility"...he cut right through my Verizon FIOS cable. My wife's remote office was severely affected resulting in excessive and tedious cellular connections that were very expensive.

June 15, 2015...have tried reaching management and executives at KT Irrigation nearly every day since June 1, 2015. Ratio of calls: I make 2 calls/messages to KT Irrigation people for every return call received.

June 16, 2015: Today, Rain Maker Irrigation came out, tested and fixed my system within 30 minutes. Rain Maker Irrigation hired; KT Irrigation is fired.
