Riding Plaza Cleaners

I had a sweater dry cleaned here and they completely ruined it. There were snags all over the sweater and there was no way it could be worn again. When I went to ask if they could fix the sweater or give me a refund, the owner rudely blamed me for the damage done to the sweater and refused to take responsibility for the ruined sweater. She even refused to refund me the $5 that I had paid to get the sweater dry cleaned. So, don't ever bring your clothes here unless you want them ruined or you want to be treated poorly by the owner and staff.
