Bad customer service. Got quotes for tires and asked what ply they were, was told by them they were 6 ply. They were 4 ply. When I talked to them about it they said I should have done my own research and offered me nothing to make it right. They straight lied about the whole situation. Buyer beware and do not believe what they tell you. Will take all my tire business elsewhere from now on!
