Wow, what an awful dining experience. Will never return here.



First we ordered appetizers which were very slow to come to table. Then, we ordered an adult entree for my 7 year old daughter and just requested to have the "fresh fruit" instead of the veggies that came with the dish. They brought her a plate of raw celery sticks and cold, COOKED baby carrots. I said "that doesn't look like fruit" and the girl laughed and walked away. Um, ok?



I ordered the calamari to be sauteed and was told not a problem. I was brought a plate of calamari with about 8 pieces on it. The gentleman behind us also had ordered a plate of calamari, and although his was fried, there were about 30 pieces on it. When I pointed this out to the waitress she apologized and said she would get me more. She also completely forgot our drink order at this point.



When she brought the additional calamari and apologized again, I asked again for our drinks. Then my husband got his shrimp dish with completely overcooked shrimp. He was unable to even take off the tail since they were so completely overcooked. When he asked for another plate, the manager came out and handed my husband a menu and stated "the chef says there are nothing wrong with those shrimp so you should order something else"?????? What?? The customer is wrong and we won't even try to make it right? Are you kidding?



Then, after my husband did pick something else, all was said and done, couldn't wait to get out of there...they brought the check and charged me for 2 CALAMARI'S!! No one said a word about charging for an entire extra plate, just had apologized for the small amount of food!! My husband argued with the owner who then threw down or check and told the manager to deal with us. Seriously crazy. I would never eat here again rude and unprofessional. No wonder they are on Restaurant.com, Groupon and Living Social. People go once and get treated like garbage and never go back!
