Disaster!!! Called for anappointment/estimate. I was given a date and time for 2 weeks out. Everyone other company was available for estimates within one week. I called Premiere and asked if they could move up the date. He said he would check schedule and get back to me. NEVER called back. The day of the appointment he NEVER showed. I called and someone other than initial person stated they were just finishing up a job and he would return my call when they were finished. NEVER CALLED. NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.DON'T waste your time. I'd give them zero stars if the site allowed but it doesn't

I never knew a tree company could have great customer service, but I really feel like Premiere Tree Services took the time to understand what I needed them to do and they did it just as I wanted it. They didn’t try to hassle me or overcharge me, they just did the work and made my yard look great. Sometimes that’s all you need and that’s exactly what I got. I told my neighbor about these guys and he’s already thinking of what he needs done in his yard. Now that’s great business!
