Rivers Point Hoa

I have rented an apartment here for a year now and I am disappointed. My lease said pool,tennis courts.well the tennis courts have been abanded.the pool opens later and closes earlier than all other area pools.the walls are thin in units.Trash compactor is usually broke.lights are out on a lot of the poles.No lighting for night swimming.i have talked to my landlord and he has talked to property manager and says he just gets the run around..location is good
