        Overall

        Power trip manager refuses to sell breakfast at 10:31. Drive thru people are usually rude and don't even look at you. They Just throw the bag at you and close the window.

        This use to be a well managed restaurant but my last 3 visits, have had 2 instances of bad food, wrong order and poor service. The 1st time I had rancid French fries and today I have a Big Mac, with a patty that is so small, it doesn't come close to fitting the bun. The staff acted as if they were confused, preparing drinks without ice, having to be reminded multiple times about the items on my order, which only consisted of 6 things.
