They do not have bad customer service! I go to Dee and she is very nice and gives me the haircut I want! The lady behind the desk is very nice! MELK18, you must have been a very rude customer! Take you business somewhere else! This Salon is awesome!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED - ITS AS IF THEY FEEL THEY DO NOT NEED NEW CUSTOMERS. THE GIRL BEHIND THE DESK WAS SO RUDE THAT WHEN I LEFT THE BUILDING I FELT AS IF I DIDNT DESERVE TO BREATHE THE SAME AIR AS THIS NASTY CHICK. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND IVE PASSED THE WORD ON........

Wonderful service! The girls at O'Hairs are all friendly. I wouldn't go anyplace else. I have been going there so long, everyone feels like family to me.
