Terrible service, its a shame when you can tell that the nail technician is not good at all, right when they start doing your nails. Plus price quoted before services was much higher than prices posted, AND he ended up charging me more! Be ware

I called the salon and scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm. I just worked two blocks away so I arrived on time for my appointment. When I arrived there was only one woman doing nails. She was doing one lady's finger nails, one lady's toe nails and had me and another person waiting. I waited for an hour and still no service. She kept telling me "You next, you next". I finally got irritated and left.

The whole point of scheduling an appointment was so I would not have to wait. I had other things I had to do. These dime a dozen nail salons do not care. I am so tired of all these cookie cutter nail salons with non-english speaking workers. I would like a nice nail salon where I could have a nice conversation and not feel uncomfortable getting my nails done. You know yourself that you wonder if they are talking about you when they speak in their language. I don't think it is right that they yell across the room to another person, say something in their language and begin laughing.
