******* BUYER BEWARE - CUSTOMER SERVICE ******** Hi, I came in this evening about 5:15 pm. I come every year to the old "Gift Barn", lol, from Washington State. I have bought for myself and family no less than 25 bracelets from Alex and Ani. I was there with sister and sister in law whom we were all to get sister bracelets. One broke that we bought last year, and we brought it in to exchange the bracelet portion. Your employee was abrupt and unsympathetic and called it "costume jewelry" with no warranties. I think the public needs to know how this went. Sad to think I will never be there or purchase from you again. R
