Gentle Dental

I have been a patient of theirs for numerous of years. My family of 5 will be taking our business elsewhere due to their lack of customer service. The manager is down right rude and disrespectful. I schedule my appointments for my whole family 6 months in advance but it seems to be alright for them to cancel my appointments with 2 days notice. I asked for them to call me and discuss this issue before I made my review. They never called me back and when I call the office numerous of times through out the day it goes to voicemail. Apparently they didn't get the memo that there are other dentist in the area who strive on customer service and don't resort to calling their customers names.
