Concentra Urgent Care

HORRIBLE Experience. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen....Then they handed me a contaminated dixie cup without using gloves to collect a urine sample. Then, they took my blood pressure FIVE times. On the last read they told me it appeared dangerously low. I asked for a manual reading and they never came back-- so I was not checked for blood pressure. Third, the doctor was a total creep and asked me about 100 questions not related to my treatment. Last, the doctor gave me incorrect information about my diagnosis. I will NEVER go here again and I will make sure that no one I know EVER uses Concentra.

So I took my dad for check up after a work related injury. He is New patient here and we got the authorization from his employer for the visit sent prior to our actual visit. The time we spent there were 2 hrs plus with at least 80% of the time spent waiting. I understand that being a new patient there will be some waiting for paperworks but 2 hrs was jusr unacceptable. Luckily I was on vacation and was not strapped for time. However, I am still very dissatisfied with the time I wasted there.
