I just want to thank the staff at concentra on freedom drive Most of all I want to thank my doctor Dr.Reza he is such a careing, concerned special individual I went in with a toe fracture and he was more concerns about my blood pressure he made me realize that I need to get it together he inspired me to exercise and eat right he got on me every time I came in the office about it and out of my 44yrs of life NOT one doctor cared as much so with that being said THANK YOU Dr.Reza for everything

This has got to be the absolute slowest urgent care n all of charlotte concentra took 21/2 to get a physical done eye test line was so far back u could barley read it with good vision. Highly not recommended

Should have read the reviews on Google for this location before going to "Dr." May. This doctor was rude for no reason. After being told by a nurse that my blood work was back, Dr. Monique May tried telling me that it wasn't ready and that I could leave. What kind of doctor does this? They weren't even busy!! When she realized I knew that my blood work was back, she had no option but to sign off on my paperwork and was even rude about me standing at the front desk. Do not recommend going to this location. There are other locations in Charlotte, if possible dont go to this one!!!!
