        Overall

        I have spent over $5k in the past 2 years with Discount Tire and have never in my life been refused help and business as I have at this location. There are lots of other tire stores in the Charlotte area that are better and far more wiling to help. STAY AWAY! DT just lost a loyal customer due to the horrible customer service here. Shame...
