Ichiban Sushi & Hibachi

we dont like there food . use too much msg

The food was good,especially the hibachi.

One of the better buffets in Charlotte for an amazing price of $6.99 for lunch! This has been my second time there and the food remained hot and fresh just as it did my first time around. There are some signature chicken dishes here that I've not had anywhere else and they are pretty dank and the Mongolian sauce used for the Hibachi grill is amazing! I too sympathize for the person in the first review because well...they went to lunch at 3:45pm! Best time to get fresh buffet food would be between 11am-1pm. Cheers!

The place is great. We have been several times and the food was great, the buffet food is kept hot and fresh, and also love the hibachi station. I am not into sushi, but my son is and he says theirs is great also. I hate that the other reviewer had a bad experience. I guess they went there on a bad day :(

My son and I were there for lunch at 3:45 PM this past Sat. We were very disappointed with the cold food,service, and spoke to the female manager but we weren't very satisified

with her reply.We would advised other not to go this restaurant.
