        Overall

        WORST SERVICE EVER! Craig, the owner, does not keep his word. Poor/non existent communication. After paying in advance, Craig would only text, went three days without returning calls and made up excuses such as he left his phone at a restaurant all weekend. Car was left outside of gate for pickup and I noticed all the valuables in the car were missing. INCOMPLETE SERVICE, MISSING $150 worth of gift cards and merchandise and above all UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION.
