Gave police info, 35+attempts to contact & thru friends & police. 2-2-13 no response from him. No excuse no contact obligation finish job. No Materials, No Dumpster, No Workers, No Job Done, No Contact = No Pay Nothing Done. No Charge For Free Estimates & Proposals. Get Pd when job finished. Gave opportunities to fix. Filed fraud, NC Gen. statutes number 14-104. His Biz address, 909 W. 1st St, 28202 Charlotte Rescue Mission W0W! Obvious fraud. Matthews Police detective says he has several charges & convictions. Police hate people that prey on other people! He hurt me & my family. We won't stop till resolved or put away. Hoped he would do the right thing. Not honest person, we see him in court.
