Guardian Storage Centers

I have honestly never experienced worse customer service in my life. I've done an automatic payment with guardian storage for over 6 months now and recently my credit card was compromised and closed. Because I had to call with my new credit card information they charged me a twenty dollar late fee with no exception for being 1 day late on payment. Not only that but the man I spoke with had the audacity to hang up the phone on me and refuse my request to speak to a manager and/or owner. I would not recommend dealing with these people to anyone!
