        don't even answer the telephone

        This business does not even try to answer the telephone in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Unbelieveably bad service. Business is not even listed in our local Yellow Pages. The repairman they sent to our house said he couldn't give out his supervisor's name or phone number.
