Do not get your varsity jacket or lettering here. We wanted to add "cross country" in matching embroidery to a jacket. They quoted a price (and wrote it down) and then had the work done and charged two dollars short of double for the work. An EIGHTY-FIVE percent markup. We had no choice but to pay or forfeit the jacket. Can you imagine if you got your car fixed and they said the price was $300, but when you went to pick it up, the price had gone up to $550?? And you couldn't get your car until you paid them? That would never happen. The dealership would say, "the price is actually $550. do you still want the work done?" So I would warn anyone thinking of going to the Westside Gym for a varsity jacket, don't.
