Lee Nails

I have gone to Lee Nails for several years for acrylic nails and pedicures. I have always been satisfied with the results .. the service is great .. and the prices are wonderful!! Be advised that this salon is owned and run by a Vietnamese family and they can be difficult to understand at times, so there can be misunderstandings. (Though I've never been overcharged or had any other problems.)

When I walked in, I asked how much it would cost to do my nails and she said $17. When the man said $32 I told him she had said $17. He said "No!" Two days later my nails were chipped and snagging my nylons so I went back in. The man said sometimes the polish (acrylic) only lasts for one week. WHAT??? He refused to re-paint my nails unless I paid another $20. I refused. I would advise staying away.

I went in for a Brazilian wax. I normally go into Spokane, but my coworker had her eye brows done there. She enjoyed going there because it was cheap and they did a fairly good job. I figured I would try. MISTAKE! I asked how much they were he didn't give me a direct amount he said, "$20, $25, $30"... Okay? I take my bottoms off and I lay on the bed, where he pulls out a wax looking pen where you roll onto the skin(this pen was about 1/2 an inch and the strips of cloth were even smaller). My gal has a wax bowl with Popsicle sticks (sanitary purpose) she also has a wax that she puts on more sensitive areas. This was way more painful than I have experienced. It was literally swollen for a whole day and extremely sensitive to the touch. OUCH! My wax was unsuccessful and bloody. This man not only left patches still not properly waxed but he suggested SHAVING those areas. SHAVING? What? First off, no, I came in for a wax, if I wanted you to shave it I could have done it myself for FREE! Second, how is that sanitary? How many body areas have you shaved with that?! Please, don't go to this place for a wax or nails. You will regret it!
