I've been to this place twice and I've learned more about jewelry from my two visits than I've learned from the countless visits to the jewelry booths in the middle of the mall. Great service and most importantly expert knowledge on fine metals, gems and diamonds.

The location on Portsmouth Blvd. is Good, however the recently Closed location on Western Branch Blvd. has melted my jewelry before the loan maturation date. Can you say, Very Disappointed & Upset, as the items were Family Heirlooms. All I was trying to do was to get some gas money for the week :(.... Not good at all.

stay stay away very dishonest about there jewelry. they claim it to be something its not at all. certified professional jeweler is a joke here. stay stay away or you will be ripped off and sold something thats not what they told you it was.
