Under new owners and if you like thin crust pizza it is very good.
Not very impressive food at all. We had a job in Chesire and had food from Mr Bs. Its very plain tasting. Nothing stood out at all. Poor quality ingredients or poor cooks or what have you. Bad experience over all. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is we didnt have to wait long for food. Which in hindsite is another bad sign. Blah
I wouldn't recommend eating there. As a former employee of Mr. B's, I can honestly say that the food is prepared in unsanitary conditions. Most of the workers are dirty. The cooks do not use gloves while preparing food and do not properly clean utensils after they are used. The mozzarella used to make the pizza’s is not refrigerated. The cooks will use their bare hands, often not even washing them first, when making salads. I remember my old boss telling me once while he was preparing a Philly Cheese Steak that as long as the meat is mostly brown, we can serve it. When cleaning the tables the hostess will use a rag that has been sitting in the same water all day. The rag is not washed daily and is the same rag used to clean up messes on the floor. Overall, don’t eat at Mr. B’s.
