Yellow Tag Auctions

I picked up items from an auction and when I got home to unload them I discovered they were not the right items I had purchased. I spoke with Mike who was no help at all. He only offered to give me my money back after I drove another 4 hours to bring the items back. He said he didn't even have the correct items so I couldn't exchange them. Too bad because I had planned on buying at their future auctions but with customer service like this I don't plan on buying from this company again.
