Color Xpressions

I went in for a trim and layers and at first it looked okay. I said thank you, paid, and left. When I got home and in better lighting I noticed it looked like an eight year old cut my hair. The girl Kraiten didn't get back to me until an hour after I called. She did not apologize for the cut only that I did not like it. She could not get me in to fix until Monday, seeing as the next day was Mother's Day. I had to get a super short pixie cut in order to look decent to take my daughter to church. Then Monday I came in to get my money back and the owner was rude. She was there when my hair was getting cut and said it only needed to be blended. Why would the owner let me walk out of my hair still needed work? She refused to give a refund until I spoke with kraiten since each stylist charges individually. I was also told by the owner that she did not feel bad since I refused to give the salon a chance. So, buyer be aware.
