I don't know who MMA Girl is reviewing but it's certainly not ADR bulbs. I've been ordering bulbs from ADR bulbs for years! The staff there are super friendly and easily accessed. I actually don't think they ever stop working because I've always gotten prompt responses to emails no matter what day or time of the day I've emailed the company. On top of excellent customer service, their bulbs are always huge and healthy. If you're looking into a wholesale flower bulb company -don't pay attention to MMA Girl's review...maybe she's from a competitor or something, but from my experience I can say her review is not accurate.
