Originally certified in 2003 AS an AEROBICS/FITNESS instructor AS well AS in sports nutrition. And after years of pursuing health and fitness goals. Becoming educated in several modalities and the certifications thereof. 2BFITRX mindful fitness and nutrition was formed in 2013. OUR goal is to help YOU develop the skills necessary for YOU YOU live and EAT healthy for the rest of your life; NOT just for the life of a die-t plan.
