He came to fix my refrigerator a couple of years ago after the repairman that my home warrentee company said it was not repairable. All Affordable Appliance Repair came out and fixed it within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable with the newer technology seen in new model appliances. Today he fixed my Samsung clothes dryer. I didn't remember the name of the company and didn't have his business card but I remember his unique name (Kim) and I did a Google search to find him. He came with all the parts that he thought he might need and was able to repair the dryer in one visit at a reasonable charge. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly I'll always use him for all my appliances in the future. Thanks Kim, your the best.

I needed my washer fixed they were able to get to me within the hour. The service was great. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We received same day service on our Samsung refrigerator. Sears or Virginia Electronics couldn't fix our issue. Kim new what the problem was right away. Fixed it very quickly. We have referred him to our friends.

This person is a no show and comes up with every excuse he can to not come back as promised. Two days he has promised to come back and has yet to do so.

GREAT JOB!! excellent response time, and I was able to get appt same day. My refrigerator issues was resolved at initial appt, and at a reasonable rate. Very Professional. I HIGHLY recommend using this company!

CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
If there were an option for ZERO stars, I would have certainly selected it. First, this is not a business, it is an individual with absolutely NO customer service experience or concern. He is unable to appropriate diagnose appliance issues, can not fix them, and does not honor his "30 day warranty". In short, he incorrectly diagnosed our washer, charged us nearly $200, and the washer was non-functional the next day. After several days attempting contact "Ken" he then refused to repair, reimburse (for some portion) or refund. He blatantly said that he knew at diagnosis what the problem was, fixed something ELSE as a "try", and took our money; but did not communicate once that he was "trying" something. He cursed at us several times on the phone and became rather irate. Again, DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THIS SAME EXPERIENCE. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB. It appears the "company" is not appropriately licensed or insured.
