Hi, my name is Patricia McMickens and I visited your restaurant on Fri 5/30/08 and I had the best waiter in this world and I made a call into the store after I left and let the mgr know about my excellent service and waiter. The waiter's name I told the mgr was "I think" was a David B. Anyways, I was on my way back from NC and we wanted the same good service so we stopped again Sunday evening and I oreder the same fried chicken salad and xtra side of chicken. When I got home which I live in Richmond not Chester my xtra chicken was not in the bag. I called and spoke to the mgr Danielle. She was courteous and nice. I xplained to her that I would come tomorrow and get my chicken and she said I couldn't because you all had a change of policy now I had to waite 2 wks to get a coupon for my food. I said why do I have to waite 2 wks to get my food and I just paid for it. So now you all have my money and I don't have anything. That's not fair. My total was $20.97. Also my salad was not the same salad I got 2 previous evenings before. I ate in on Fri 30 of May. I ordered take out Sunday nite around 9:21pm. Then after the phone conversation I began to eat my salad and the chicken pieces was so hard and tiny that I could not eat the salad, I then called Danielle back and let her know that I spent $21 and still am hungry because of the salad also, I could have went somewhere else. Nothing to eat and hungry, coming home from out of town, there's no food ready here we just got home. That's really not fair. Could I get a full refund of my money and not a coupon because thats really not fair. Also I have all 4 receipts including the signed receipt that I swiped my card. Was someone rushing or were you about to close and thats why I got the small hard pieces of chicken. My ticket number is #204, done by sheena b on 6/01/08 at 9:21pm at the "2611 W.
