Ultrasound

Dr. Gurley performs different liposuction modifications on other body parts depending on what she wants to achieve. Ultrasound frequency-assisted liposuction dissolves the connections between fat compartments (cellulite). It essentially liquifies the fat and connective tissue, allowing Dr. Gurley to remove fullness from the areas where you need it smoothly.

Reconstructive Surgery
Dr. Gurley has years of experience altering previous breast implant surgeries to achieve results that are more natural and comfortable. Some patients want to change the implant material from saline to silicone, update the implant to a newer style, or remove the original implant entirely. Liposuction
FUPA refers to the “fatty upper pubic area” and is known as the “mons pubis.” When this area is full and prominent, it is called the FUPA. The main causes of FUPA are weight fluctuations, pregnancy, and genetics. When there is excess tissue just above the labia sitting on the pubic bone, this causes the FUPA to drop. A low FUPA can be lifted, elevated, and reduced with other surgical procedures such as liposuction of the tummy, tummy tuck, or a mini tummy tuck.
