Chicken Shack

I can say so many negative things about this establishment, but I'll just list a few key ones:

The customer service is horrible. There are several young ladies, that do not greet you with a smile or warm welcome.

The owners (James and Jason) unfortunately don't know how to run a professional business. My child was employed there for a short period of time due to the owners not putting him on the schedule and being inconsistent with communicating with him. He attempted several times to reach out, and was always told "i"ll call you back" or "we can meet on such and such date/day", but they never followed through. Beware, don't go to this establishment. Now I have to admit, they have one on 87th and Kedzie, and there customer service is awesome!!

This was the worst chicken I had in a very long time. Beware! For the cost you would like fresh bread and fresh chicken wings.BEWARE!
