        very satisfied with the service. I called after 1.5 yrs because the safe would not open. I asked for a service, the gentleman asked if i had changed the batter in the safe i had issues with. He then walked me through the steps of changing the battery, and my issues were resolved. He could have charged me for a visit, he didn't. The service i have received from them has been excellent. this is why i like shopping local and not online.
