Graham Sr. is the most unprofessional person that I've ever met in my life; he's a liar, uncoordinated, lacks integrity, will not communicate with you (you have to call him to be updated, that's if he answers your call or text) doesn't show sympathy or empathy and he will leave you feeling like you've been scammed. Graham Sr. is all about money, even with a guaranteed payment from the VA (my dad was a veteran) Graham Sr.'s attitude changed toward me because the government would take 30 days to pay him after he provided certain information regarding my father's funeral and burial. This information was given to him well in advance, but he did not contact the VA until two days prior to the scheduled funeral. Graham Sr. even tried to pressure me into making a "good faith payment" even after speaking to a VA Human Resources Representative who is handling my father's life insureance, Graham Sr. even mentioned to me he should've charged me extra, so when he received the payment he would give me the difference from the actual price he originally quoted me. To show how disrespectful he is to his customers, I never got the opportunity to review my father's body until 45min before his wake was to take place. Graham Sr. proceeded to ask me questions about payments over my dad's body. 30min before the funeral was to start, Graham Sr. told me that he would be back because he had to check on another funeral. Graham Sr. was to conduct the services for my dad which we agreed upon because I didn't have a pastor, Graham Sr. insisted he could do it and it was no problem. Graham Sr. never came to my dad's funeral service. He wouldn't even answer his staff's phone calls. Graham Sr. never checked in with me to find out how the funeral went, was I doing ok, was I pleased, nothing. Graham Sr didn't even give me the time for the burial.
