I agree with the reviews that state that the owner of this shop is one of the worst businessmen I have ever had to deal with. He never returns phone calls, he verbally gives you low prices and makes "deals" and then screws you over in the end, and I really wish I had seen these other reviews before hiring him. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about that man (Ralph). Horrible horrible experience.

Wish I had looked here first. Ralph comes across as nice, but in the end he is a shrewd businessman who puts NOTHING in writing, and them makes up prices and excuses after the work is done. The NICE ladies in the office cover well for him, but ultimately ALL decisions are made by Ralph who will not return calls, or return to finish his work.

This place has been a mainstay in my family for years. The service has been great. There are these ladies who work there that are always very friendly and never fail to give us the best price possible. It's definitely worth the trip we take since we live up in Woodstock, IL.

THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE ( RALPH ) IS ONE OF THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN 40 YEARS ! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL! YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU EVER DID ! YOU WILL GET THE RUNAROUND, HE WILL CHANGE PRICES ON YOU &NEVER EXPECT HIM TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
