        Dr. Diaz and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel very welcomed! I am very pleased with Dr. Diaz's results. His work is exceptional and he takes his time to do it right the first time. I have found my home at HD Medspa and will refer many friends and family to see him. Thank you so much Dr. Diaz!

        From the staff to Dr. Diaz himself, I can't ask for a better place to have my botox or fillers done. The front desk person - Wayne is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love this place and always look forward to my next appointment.

        The worst place in Chicago!!! The filler damage my face I was swollen for 3 months! I don't know how they got the license.
