I normally don’t write reviews but I need to let LINCARE know about an exceptional Service Representative name Luis Sotelo. There have been times where I have forgotten to call LinCare to get my mother’s supplies, due to me working two jobs and taking care of my mom.

It’s been very stressful for me at times, I might only get about 4hrs.of sleep. Anytime that I have called Mr.Sotelo when I needed help in getting my mother’s supplies right away. Mr.Sotelo always found a way to come through for us.

Mr.Sotelo is very professional, courteous, and patient. He exudes great work ethics, and has always put in the extra effort to get the job done right.
