always great service at midway. got to minneapolis there was no one there to get car when dropped of, midway always staffed. Seems to be the difference between the good locations (Midway) and the bad ones(MSP).

Always quick, easy and friendly when I use National Car Rental at Midway. I will continue to use them when I travel for work and pleasure.

As usual with National Car Rental and the location at Midway especially since I have been using them now ever other week for the last 4 months, OUTSTANDING service. Everyone is always cheerful, helpful and can never do enough for you regardless of the hour you get or return your vehicle. I have got to hand it to National Car Rental. They know what customer service looks like and you deliver. From the moment I arrived at you rental agency I was assisted by their professional staff from who greeted me warmly, were attentive, and who made me feel welcomed. My transaction was handled thoroughly and fast. Next, when going to pick up my car a situation arouse, no mid-size car were available at that moment. However, National Car Rental professionally personnel immediately managed the situation, and resolved it punctually, with emphasis on making me, the customer happy. I was asked if I would like to pick from one of the SUV’s available, and did so. Therefore the situation was resolved with complete satisfaction to me, the customer. I expected great service and National Car Rental delivered exceptional service and I am very thankful, because it allowed me to get on with my business of visiting my family.

Typically, I only use National on business trips, but now that I use them for vacations too. I have never had any problems and the cars are clean and efficient. Check-ins and check-outs run smoothly with no problems.

Rented a car for a few days in Chicago, and had the misfortune to have a small medical emergency at home, cutting my trip short by a day. Upon returning the car early, National virtually doubled my daily rate to $110/day. When I contacted their Customer Service team, I found out they don't really believe in customer service. After multiple tries, I got a call from an Area Manager who spent the entire call ignoring my concerns and telling me why it was all my fault. So if you like overpaying, and want to patronize a company that has no interest in resolving customer complaints, then National is for you.
