Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Eduardo tech # 5256 went above and beyond our expectations. His pipe to rooter was not long enough and he went back to schaumburg to obtain the correct size. He came back to Hobart Indiana later in the day and worked through the evening to unclog our kitchen sink. He ran the pipe not just once or twice but a couple times and sure enough it unclogged the drain. Roto Rooter should feel proud to have such a dedicated employee. Eduardo is a true asset to your company. Please make sure to pass along the HUGE compliment to Eduardo. He is the best service technician we have dealt with in a long time. His professionalism is outstanding. He even cleaned his work area in my kitchen, I tried stopping him. Please recognize this employee.

Loga #4714 did a great job in attacking a blocked shower drain from multiple angles. He was very polite and deliberate about keeping everything as clean as he found it.

At 10pm on one of the coldest days in Chicago, had a problem with basement drain backup of sludge and waste. Found Algonquin Roto-Rooter on YP and made an online appointment for 8am next morning.
