The UPS Store

Clerks who work at this store are very rude, not helpful at all. If you try to explain their mistakes they threaten you with call police, ask to leave the store and never come again. They cover up their mistake by counterfeiting customer signature. My suggestion is not to visit this location if you don't want to have trouble with your shipments. I would rate this store as "-5", but there is no such option.

Do not go to UPS to print anything, or for friendly service. All I needed to do is print 2 pages. At UPS you have to "rent" computer time to do this. It cost $2.80 for 2 pages rather than the $0.30 at FedEx. I will make sure to drive to FedEx in the future. I encourage you to do the same.

I love the UPS Store at 1055 W. Brwn Mawr. If you live on the north side, I would strongly recommend that you visit this location. The service is both friendly and professional. This location is very much a one-stop shop. I brought in a present that I wanted to ship to a friend. This store was able to wrap my present, box and pack the item with peanuts and bubble wrap, and ship the item for me. I was also able to buy a greeting card for my friend. The music was great and this location even offers free candy for anyone with a sweet tooth. The service at this location is so much better than some of the other locations.
