Affordable and reliable place to get my Prius serviced in Chico. Simon and the mechanics on the crew are friendly and go the extra mile as noted in the other positive review. Last time I was there I noticed the stickers on the window acknowledging the business was chosen by readers of the Chico News and Review as the Best Auto Shop in town for three years in a row. All this adds up to 5 stars in my book

They told me that they specialized in my make of car (late model Volvo) and that they were fully capable and competent with them. As the call progressed it became obvious that they knew almost nothing about my car technically. It boils down to Ace of all Spades, but Master of none. Go find a real specialist for your Volvo. The days of "specializing" in all automotive makes is long gone! It is scary and it only shows that they must be desperate for business to say that they "specialize" in everything!

I trust Affordable Automotive! They are always honest and reliable and in my opinion for someone to say different does not know Mike and his crew. It's a real hometown auto shop you can trust!

This place is your best choice if auto repair is your need in Chico. They have done Timing Belts, Water Pump replacement, and seals on all my cars. Two brothers run this place that are Customer minded on showing great customer service, great quality parts and excellent work, My one car was given to them for a timing belt in afternoon and they asked if I could wait till the next mourning, I said no problem, the next day my car was washed and they even wanted to fill my gas tank cause they felt it should have been done the day before at 5 PM. I tell all friends and employees that need auto repair that this place is AWESOME. I just hope they do radiator work as my Toyota's Plastic Radiator just started leaking, oh well I'll find out tomarrow.
