I have been taking my vehicles to Steve Brott for about five years now. I have gotten burned by other shops in Chico, but I never have any doubt that when I bring my cars to Steve, he is honestly and truly trying to treat me the same way he would want a mechanic to treat his own family. He has bent over backwards numerous times trying to save me money. In addition, he already has one of the lowest rates in the area. Highly recommended.
